Nearly 1,000 students participate in Challenge Day SMAC

Afternoon 22/8, technology festival called SMAC Challenge took place at the Hanoi University of Technology.

 

SMAC's Challenge is a contest activities programmed robot control applications held by FPT Corporation. The program has attracted hundreds of students from several universities in Hanoi.

 

Festival was organized to introduce the young generation of Vietnam ICT on new technology trends SMAC Nguyen Lam Phuong, Director of FPT Technology, stressed: "We always aspire to master new technologies and look forward want this inspiring community for technology students. "

Two technology experts have received many questions from students as part of the SMAC, approach to learning and research so that effective to catch new trends.

 

At the festival, students also have the opportunity to try the products of advanced technology like Google Glass. Its smart sunglasses US Internet attracted great attention of the students.

 

Smartoshin, intelligent robot using cloud computing technology, also caused much curiosity and witty answers.

 

A robot also appeared in the robot program Wabo.

 

SMAC only four technology trends that Social (social networking), Mobility (mobile), Big Data / Analytics (big data) and Cloud (Cloud Computing).

 

4/9 days, 2 of the competition qualifying application programming SMAC robot FPT Challenge 2014 will be held with the participation of 16 teams. The four best teams will be selected to play in the finals in mid-October.
